What does Forge918 do, and how is it different from other website providers?

Forge918 builds custom-coded websites and connected business technology. Customers work directly with the person responsible for understanding the business, designing the experience, building the product, and making sure the finished system works.

Traditional agencies can add layers of sales, account management, design, development, and overhead. Do-it-yourself builders and AI-generated website services leave much of the strategy, setup, security, and maintenance to the customer. Forge918 combines direct one-person service with modern tools, reusable proven components, managed hosting, and custom work fitted to the individual business.

Every Forge918 Landing and Website also includes a basic machine-readable layer with structured business data, supported API endpoints, and MCP tooling. The result is more than a visual website: it is a managed foundation designed to support future integrations and AI-assisted discovery as technology changes.

Is Forge918 the right fit for my business, location, goals, and budget?

Forge918 can work across a broad range of industries. The strongest fit is a business that wants a professional online presence, clear customer actions, modern performance, managed technical support, and the ability to add supported booking, ordering, payments, structured data, or other integrations later.

Forge918 is based in Claremore and primarily serves the Tulsa metro and surrounding Oklahoma communities. Projects elsewhere can be considered when the scope and working relationship make sense.

The current standard prices are $750 for a Landing build and $1,500 for a Website build. A project requiring source-code ownership, unrelated self-hosting, an unsupported integration, or specialized regulated-industry work may require a separate agreement or a different provider.

Forge918 also publishes concept samples across different business types. Concept samples should always be clearly identified as samples rather than represented as client work.

Packages and Pricing

What is the difference between a Landing build and a Website build?

A Landing build is one intentional conversion page focused on a single offer, organization, campaign, or customer action. It gives visitors the essential story, proof, and contact path without requiring a larger website.

A Website build normally includes up to about five pages. It is the recommended option for businesses with several services, more information to organize, stronger search and trust needs, or plans to make the website a larger part of how customers discover and interact with the company.

Choose Landing when there is one clear goal and a limited amount of information. Choose Website when the business needs room to grow.

What is included in a Landing build?

The current Landing package includes one high-conversion page with a hero, offer, proof, and clear contact or call-to-action path. It also includes brand colors and logo placement, a contact form, click-to-call, a mobile-friendly layout, SSL, basic SEO titles, review-request automation, one content revision, and twelve months of managed hosting.

The basic Forge918 structured-data, API, and MCP layer is included. A Landing can later be upgraded to a full Website for the current listed upgrade price, which is $750 under the approved pricing baseline.

If a separate second page is needed, it must be included in the accepted Order or quoted as additional scope.

What is included in a Website build?

The Website package is a complete professional site fitted to the business. It normally includes up to about five pages for areas such as the home page, services, offers, company information, galleries, maps, and contact details.

The build includes custom visual branding, mobile-friendly layouts, fast loading, SSL, local SEO basics, analytics, review-request automation, two content revisions, one design-pack adjustment, twelve months of managed hosting, and the basic API, MCP, and structured-data layer.

Video, animation, or another signature visual treatment can be used when it improves the project, but a specific treatment is guaranteed only when it is included in the Order.

Will my website be custom-designed, or does Forge918 use templates?

The website is designed around the individual business. No two companies have the exact same brand, audience, services, proof, and customer path, so Forge918 does not need to make two websites look the same.

Forge918 does reuse proven components where consistency and reliability matter. Form delivery, service-hour displays, analytics, legal footers, machine-readable information, and security controls should not be rebuilt from nothing for every project. Reusing a proven component is not the same as placing a different logo on a generic template.

How much does a Forge918 website cost?

The current standard prices are:

Landing: $750 one time
Website: $1,500 one time
E-Commerce: $899 one time
Restaurant Ordering: $799 one time

Pay-Per-Edit: quoted when requested

Limited offers may reduce those prices when they are published, available, and applicable. The accepted Order states the exact price, scope, revisions, schedule, add-ons, and exclusions before work begins.

What is the Founding-5 offer?

Founding-5 is Forge918's limited early-customer offer. The currently approved promotional prices are:

E-Commerce: $675

Care: $99 per month for twelve months, then $119 per month
Care+: $150 per month for twelve months, then $200 per month

The current published offer and accepted Order determine eligibility, remaining availability, duration, and final price. A qualifying Founding-5 Care or Care+ subscription must be selected with the original qualifying website build.

Which recurring costs and third-party fees are separate?

Potential recurring costs include the domain, hosting after the included first year, Care or Care+, and third-party platforms used by the project. The current website-only hosting rate after the first year is $15 per month. Hosting is included without a separate hosting charge while Care or Care+ remains active.

Shopify, Square, Toast, Stripe, PayPal, domain registrars, business-email providers, booking systems, and similar services set their own subscription, processing, transaction, renewal, and usage fees. Those charges are separate unless the accepted Order expressly says otherwise.

Will I receive a written quote, and what can change the price?

Yes. The accepted Order identifies the purchased scope, price, revision allowance, target schedule, subscription features, assumptions, exclusions, and approved exceptions.

New pages, portals, ordering workflows, major redesigns, substantial database functions, custom integrations, or other materially new capabilities are scope changes. Forge918 will not begin separately billable expansion work without approval.

Is a deposit required, when is payment due, and are payments refundable?

A deposit is required only when the accepted Order says one is required. The Order also controls payment dates and any written installment or milestone plan.

Unless the Order provides a different written schedule, every amount due before launch must fully clear before Forge918 makes the website live, changes production DNS, or activates paid production services. Private previews may be provided before full payment, but a preview is not a live deployment.

Payments are final and nonrefundable by default. The Terms preserve corrections for duplicate, unauthorized, erroneous, or post-cancellation charges, written exceptions agreed before payment, and remedies required by law.

The Build Process

How long does a project take?

There is no honest one-size-fits-all timeline. A focused Landing, a five-page Website, and a custom portal are different projects. The target schedule is written into the Order after Forge918 understands the scope.

Dates are estimates unless the Order expressly guarantees one. Major timing factors include how quickly the customer supplies accurate information, photos, credentials, feedback, approvals, and payment, plus the availability of third-party platforms.

What do I need to provide?

Forge918 normally needs:

Business name and location or service area
Phone number and preferred email
Accurate services, products, or offerings
The primary action customers should take
Any known exclusions or must-have pages
A logo and brand colors, if they exist
Approximately five to fifteen real photos when available
Account access required for approved integrations

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of its business claims, prices, hours, locations, menus, product information, promotions, testimonials, policies, and supplied materials.

Can Forge918 help if I do not have finished copy, professional photos, or established branding?

Rough notes, accurate business facts, existing photos, a basic logo, or a clear description of the intended customer action are enough to begin. Forge918 can organize supplied information and build a visual direction around what the business already has.

Full copywriting, professional photography, video production, or a new logo is not automatically included. Those services must be included in the Order, separately quoted, or supplied by the customer or an approved outside professional.

How do revisions work?

Landing currently includes one content revision. Website includes two content revisions and one design-pack adjustment. Custom, e-commerce, and restaurant-ordering revision allowances are defined in the quote.

An ordinary revision can include a wording change, image substitution, corrected business fact, or minor in-scope layout adjustment. A new page, new integration, portal, ordering workflow, application, or major redesign is expanded scope and is quoted separately.

How will I review the website, and what happens at launch?

Forge918 provides a private or other nonproduction preview before launch. The customer reviews the content, business facts, visual direction, desktop layout, and mobile layout, then uses the included revisions for in-scope changes.

For a replacement website, the existing site can normally remain online while the new version is built and reviewed. Domain, email, redirects, search metadata, expected downtime, and cutover responsibilities should be confirmed in the Order when they matter to the project.

Every amount designated as due before launch must clear before production unless the accepted Order provides a different written schedule. No provider can guarantee zero downtime or unchanged search rankings, so a specific migration window or rollback commitment must be written into the Order.

What SEO, analytics, and reporting are included?

Website builds include local SEO basics and analytics. That can include useful titles and descriptions, clear service and location information, search-friendly URLs, and structured business information.

Forge918 can measure limited signals such as page opens, labeled link or button interactions, popular pages, and a general region of origin. Form names, messages, email addresses, phone numbers, and other submitted values are not sent through the analytics path.

Care includes a monthly traffic, lead, and interaction report. Care+ adds more frequent and deeper reporting, engagement trends, and improvement opportunities. Forge918 does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or perfectly complete analytics.

Hosting, Care, and Ownership

What hosting is included?

Every purchased Forge918 website includes twelve months of managed hosting at no additional hosting charge. Unless the Order says otherwise, the included period begins at the initial production launch.

After that period, the current website-only hosting rate is $15 per month. Hosting is included without a separate charge while an active Care or Care+ plan applies to the website.

What is the difference between Care and Care+?

Care is intended for a business that wants hosting, monitoring, backups, managed-domain assistance, routine business-information updates, lead capture, about three website edits each month under fair use, about one-business-day support, monthly reporting, and an annual design refresh. The current list price is $119 per month.

Care+ includes everything in Care and adds a higher edit allowance, more frequent information updates, faster routine support, deeper analytics, engagement trends, improvement opportunities, and automatic supported updates for deals, offers, and announcements. The current list price is $200 per month.

Care fits steady maintenance. Care+ is better suited to menus, seasonal content, e-commerce, promotions, and other frequently changing information.

Can I launch without Care or add it later?

Yes. Care is optional after launch. A website-only customer can use the included first year of hosting and request supported changes through Pay-Per-Edit.

After the included year, the customer can continue managed hosting at the then-current rate or add Care or Care+. A plan can be added later, but an expired promotional rate is not automatically reserved.

Will I own my domain?

Yes. The customer owns the domain even when Forge918 registers, configures, renews, or manages it on the customer's behalf. Administrative access does not transfer ownership to Forge918.

Registration, renewal, premium-domain, privacy, transfer, and recovery charges may be billed separately when disclosed.

Who owns the website and source code, and can I move it to another host?

The customer keeps ownership of its domain, business name, logos, trademarks, customer-supplied photos and videos, customer-supplied copy, menus, product information, and other Client Property.

Forge918 retains ownership of website source code, reusable components, APIs, MCP tooling, automation, deployment systems, hosting systems, security systems, and platform technology. The standard purchase is a managed hosted service and the right to use the completed website for the customer's lawful business purposes. It is not a sale of the source-code repository.

The customer can transfer its domain and request available customer-supplied assets and exportable customer-owned data. Moving Forge918 software to another host, receiving source code, or having another developer operate Forge918 Technology requires a separate signed agreement.

Features, Technology, and Security

Can Forge918 add e-commerce, restaurant ordering, booking, payments, or custom features?

Yes. Forge918 can add approved booking systems, quote calculators, multi-step forms, portals, ordering, payments, and connections to supported third-party software. Those capabilities are scoped and priced according to the business need and platforms involved.

The current E-Commerce add-on is $899 and connects a branded Shopify storefront. The current Restaurant Ordering add-on is $799 and can connect Square, Toast, or another supported platform. Platform subscriptions and payment-processing fees are separate.

What are structured business data, APIs, MCP, and AI-ready features?

Structured business data organizes approved public company information into consistent fields instead of leaving it only in visual page copy. An API gives supported software a predictable way to retrieve that information. MCP gives compatible AI tools a defined way to discover and call supported business tools.

Every Forge918 Landing and Website includes a basic machine-readable layer. Supported information can include business identity, services, hours, locations, contact information, pricing when the business publishes it, and service-area information.

Care and Care+ can keep supported website, API, and MCP information synchronized as the business changes. Forge918 cannot control or guarantee whether an outside AI provider discovers, calls, interprets, recommends, or displays that information. The value is readiness, consistency, and accuracy—not guaranteed AI placement.

How does Forge918 handle security and privacy?

Security is part of the managed service. Forge918 may use encrypted transport, access controls, request validation, rate controls, monitoring, dependency maintenance, abuse protection, and testing for common vulnerabilities before deployment.

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections. Names, messages, email addresses, phone numbers, and other form values are not sent through the analytics path or sold to data brokers. Successfully delivered inquiry and lead records are removed from Forge918's active lead store after twelve calendar months under the current Privacy Notice and Terms.

No internet-connected system can be guaranteed unhackable, continuously available, or permanently compatible with every outside platform.
