How Your Forge918 Project Works

A useful first message includes:

• Business name
• Town, location, or service area
• Current website, if one exists
• Main services, products, or offers
• The action customers should take
• What is not working well today
• Known must-have pages or features
• Desired launch timing, if timing matters

Forge918 will respond directly about fit, likely scope, and the next step.

02. Choose the Right Build

Forge918 will help determine whether the project is a Landing, Website, add-on, or Custom Build.

Landing

Landing is one intentional conversion page for a single offer or customer action. The current standard price is $750, and the approved Founding-5 price is $550 while the offer remains available and the customer qualifies.

The package includes a hero, offer, proof, contact path, brand colors, logo placement, contact form, click-to-call, mobile-friendly layout, SSL, basic SEO titles, review-request automation, one content revision, a basic API and MCP layer, and twelve months of managed hosting.

Website

Website is the recommended build for an established business with several services or more information to organize. It normally includes up to about five pages. The current standard price is $1,500, and the approved Founding-5 price is $1,125 while the offer remains available and the customer qualifies.

The package includes custom brand fit, service or offer sections, gallery and contact features, maps or directions when useful, mobile-friendly layouts, fast loading, SSL, local SEO basics, analytics, review-request automation, two content revisions, one design-pack adjustment, a basic API and MCP layer, and twelve months of managed hosting.

Add-Ons and Custom Work

Current add-on prices are:

• E-Commerce: $899, or approved Founding-5 price of $675
• Restaurant Ordering: $799, or approved Founding-5 price of $599
• Custom Build: starting at $750, or approved Founding-5 price starting at $575
• Pay-Per-Edit: quoted when requested

Shopify, payment-processing, ordering-platform, domain, email, booking, and similar third-party fees remain separate unless the Order expressly includes them.

03. Confirm the Order

Before work begins, Forge918 and the customer confirm an Order containing:

• Selected build and add-ons
• Deliverables and page count
• Approved price
• Payment timing
• Target schedule
• Revision allowance
• Required customer materials and access
• Third-party dependencies and fees
• Hosting and support choice
• Important exclusions
• Any project-specific exception

The customer accepts the Order and Terms through the approved signature, electronic acceptance, invoice, deposit, or purchasing process.

04. Complete Intake

The customer supplies the business facts and materials required for the build. Forge918 normally requests:

• Business name, town, phone number, and preferred email
• Accurate services, products, menus, or offerings
• Logo and brand colors, if they exist
• Approximately five to fifteen real photos
• The primary customer action
• Known exclusions or must-have pages
• Required account or domain access

Rough notes and existing materials can be enough to start. Full copywriting, a new logo, professional photography, and video production are included only when the Order says so.

The customer must verify that supplied claims and materials are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.

05. Build the Website

Forge918 organizes the information, establishes the visual direction, assigns content and photo roles, builds the approved pages, configures the contact path, and adds the supported technical foundation.

A standard build can include:

• Brand colors and logo placement
• A clear hero and primary customer action
• Polished services, products, offers, or menu information
• Assigned roles for customer-supplied photos
• A signature section when useful
• Contact form and click-to-call
• Basic page titles, descriptions, and local-search metadata
• Review-request automation
• Mobile-friendly presentation
• SSL and managed deployment
• Structured business information
• Supported API and MCP capabilities
• Year-one managed hosting

Forge918 reuses proven components for forms, hours, analytics, legal footers, structured information, and security controls while fitting the visible experience to the customer's brand and business.

06. Review Desktop and Mobile

Forge918 provides a private or other nonproduction preview. The customer reviews:

• Business facts and spelling
• Services, prices, hours, and locations
• Calls to action and contact information
• Photos, logo, and visual direction
• Desktop presentation
• Mobile presentation
• Included integrations
• Items that must be corrected before launch

The existing production website can normally remain online while a replacement is built and reviewed.

07. Use the Included Revisions

Current standard allowances are:

• Landing: one content revision
• Website: two content revisions and one design-pack adjustment
• Custom, E-Commerce, and Restaurant Ordering: stated in the quote

Minor wording, image, factual, and in-scope layout changes can be handled as revisions. New pages, major redesigns, portals, ordering systems, applications, integrations, or substantial new functions are quoted as expanded scope.

08. Approve and Complete Pre-Launch Payment

After the review and revision process, the customer gives launch approval and completes every payment designated as due before launch.

Unless the accepted Order provides a different written schedule, Forge918 does not publish the website to production, complete a production DNS cutover, activate paid production service, or release production access until the required payment has fully cleared.

09. Launch

Forge918 deploys the approved website through managed hosting and completes included domain, DNS, SSL/TLS, redirect, or integration work described in the Order.

Project-specific migration requirements should be settled before launch. No general promise of zero downtime, unchanged search rankings, or a particular rollback method is made. If a launch window, acceptable downtime, migration plan, or rollback commitment matters, it belongs in the Order.

The included twelve-month hosting period normally begins on the initial production launch date.

10. Choose Ongoing Support

Customers can continue in one of three ways:

Website Hosting and Pay-Per-Edit

The website receives twelve months of included managed hosting. Supported edits can be requested and quoted individually. After the included year, the current website-only hosting rate is $15 per month.

Care

Care is currently $119 per month and includes hosting, monitoring, backups, routine information updates, about three website edits per month under fair use, about one-business-day support, lead capture, monthly reporting, and an annual design refresh.

Care+

Care+ is currently $200 per month and includes everything in Care with a higher edit cadence, more frequent information updates, faster routine support, deeper analytics, engagement trends, improvement opportunities, and automatic supported updates for deals, offers, and announcements.

What Can Delay a Project

Common Causes of Delay

• Missing or inaccurate business information
• Delayed photos, copy, credentials, or account access
• Slow feedback or approval
• Changed direction after scope approval
• Additional requested pages or features
• Third-party account reviews, outages, or platform limitations
• Unpaid amounts due before the next milestone or launch

There is no universal project duration. The Order should state a target schedule after the actual scope and dependencies are known. Dates remain estimates unless the Order expressly guarantees one.
